Our inaugural release of Grenache Blanc is whole-cluster pressed, fermented in neutral French oak with extended bâtonnage, and aged for fourteen months. The pale lemon hue is flecked with gold. As this gorgeous wine sits in the glass, it reveals aromas of Acacia, wet gravel, and stone fruits. Rich yet focused, it displays balanced acidity and layers of yellow apples, citrus, and anise on the palate.
We always grab a bottle of our Grenache Blanc when we order the Kung Pao “Firecracker” chicken or tofu from China Live in San Francisco.
