Our rosé is inspired by the landmark dry pink wines of Bandol, in Provence. We harvest our Grenache and Mourvèdre early, and press the clusters whole and in unison, cofermenting them in stainless steel. We then age the wine for seven months prior to bottling. The rewarding outcome is the unmistakable hue of pale Verena pink hydrangeas, with aromatic notes of fraises des bois, candied watermelon, and blood oranges. The palate is more rounded, with notes of peach, mango, and passionfruit.
