Purchase of our wines is limited to adults 21 years of age and older, and delivery must be signed for by an adult.
Wine Club Membership
Wine Club membership requires a one-year commitment to accept four shipments, and an early cancellation will result in charges being applied to the credit card on file for any complimentary tastings enjoyed and any discounts applied to orders received.
Automatic Renewal Terms
By joining Casino Mine Ranch’s Wine Club, you consent to have your credit card automatically billed for upcoming shipments indefinitely until you cancel your membership with us. You will be notified in advance of each shipment.
Wine Club Cancellations, Address Changes & Reships
All wine club cancellations must be submitted in writing to wineclub@casinomineranch.com.
Members are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address. Address changes requested after the shipment cut off date will result in a $20 change-of-address fee.
Any returned packages and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the wine club member.

Wine Club Cancellation and Changes

Return & Shipping Policy
We take great care in crafting our wines and in making sure they arrive at your door in good condition. While rare, issues can sometimes occur in transit. If that happens, please know our team is here to help and will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please review the policies below regarding wine shipments.
Damaged in Shipment
If your wine arrives damaged, please contact us at inquire@casinomineranch.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please include a description of the damage and photos if possible. This information is extremely helpful in allowing us to work with our shipping partners and improve our packaging processes.
Once received, we will arrange for the damaged wine to be replaced.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. All exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receiving your shipment by emailing inquire@casinomineranch.com
Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refund requests for wine club shipments must be received within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
