Love is in the air and the Tasting Room is the perfect cupid location for you and yours.  Available with advanced reservations, the kitchen is crafting your not-so-ordinary sweet and savory winter cookies for a divine Valentine Cookie Pairing experience.

Proudly using local Sierra Nevada cultured butter and Fog Dog Farm ingredients, would love for you to indulge with us this Valentine’s Day weekend:  Friday Feb 13-Monday Feb 16.

Sweet Winter Cookies
Wine: Vermentino
Cookie: yuzu & poppyseed with local citrus from Struz Ranch.

Wine: Grenache Noir
Cookie: TCHO Chocolate rye cocoa

Wine: Marcel or Simone
Cookie: Chewy birch syrup & Placerville-grown ginger from Fog Dog Farm

Savory Winter Cookies
Wine: Grenache Blanc or Rosé
Cookie: Sierra Nevada farmhouse cheddar & shallot jam

Wine: Mourvèdre or Zinfandel
Cookie: Rouge River blue cheese & local walnut

$15 for club members and $20 for non-members.
